MPW MED. INSTRUMENTS SPÓŁDZIELNIA PRACY (46 Boremlowska Street, Warsaw) is a controller of your personal data in the light of the law. This means that it is responsible for their use and security. The applicable law imposes an obligation on our part to provide you with the information below.

Your personal data are obtained during:

  • conclusion and performance of agreements,
  • submission of orders,
  • sending messages via the contact form available on our website,
  • visits at our premises.

The legal basis for processing of personal data are:

  • conclusion and performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) – we have to process your data to perform an agreement,

Your data will be stored for the entire duration of our cooperation. After the termination of the cooperation, these data will be erased unless the rules of law or our interest, as the controller of data, oblige us to their further processing (archival purposes, pursuing potential claims).

Your data will not be subject to profiling, that is automated decision-making without human involvement.

We require the data which will help us to identify you to achieve the goals mentioned above. Their scope was limited to the minimum necessary. Providing them is not a statutory duty but not providing them will prevent us from cooperating.

Your data may be accessed by the employees of the company Kompea.pl s.c. (46/U2 Żytnia Street, 01-179, Warsaw). This company operates our IT system or shares with us informatics tools. The recipients of these data may be post offices or banking institutions (intermediaries who deliver correspondence or intermediaries in payment transactions).

We do not obtain data from any sources, other than from you. We will not transfer these data outside the EEA (the European Economic Area – countries of the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland).

You may submit a request for personal data to us concerning:

  • rectification of data,
  • removal of unlawfully processed data,
  • access do data.

You have a right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that processing of your personal data violates the law.
